Computer Health


This morning I read the article about Computer Health. This is useful that people use computers everydays. So I want to share it with my friends.

Computer Health

Eye strain
When you feel your eyes burning and itching, you should take a rest. It has been proven that your eyes need rest when you stare at the screen for a long time.
The solutions to prevent eye strain are to keep your eyes at least 18 inches from the monitor and use suitable light.
Back pain
Back pain is a common problem. If your position and posture are wrong, you will get it.You can avoid back pain by choosing an adjustable chair and use a footrest that keeps at a suitable angle.
 
Position the monitor so that your neck does not need to bend. this is helpful for preventing your back pain.
 
Sit with your back straight and head up when you use computer and keep this position all the time.
